Guillermo has more than nineteen years of experience in tax planning, including taxation of corporate restructuring transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and general tax advice, especially for business and multinational groups with operations in Mexico where he provides advice to achieve fiscal efficiency and provide assistance in developing tax policies for ongoing operations.
He has been a member of this firm since 1998 and became a Partner in 2010. He is a member of the National Bar Association and the International Bar Association. His areas of specialization are Tax Law, Tax Planning and Consulting, Corporate Law, Foreign Investment in Panama (Businesses and Real estate), Banking and Securities Law. In the area of foreign investment he is adviser in Panama to branches of foreign companies investing in construction, logistics, tourism, energy and other key areas.
Anita is Head of the Tax and Business Development Department of KRS. She is a certified tax advisor, and certified advisor in International Taxation. Anita's specialisms include Tax advising, international tax planning, strategic management consultancy and EU financed projects.
