Sandra Hazan, a partner at the Paris office, practices French and international Tax law. Sandra is Head of Europe Tax Group and Co-head of Global Tax Group.

She is involved in restructuring and tax planning issues. She has extensive experience in assisting clients on tax audits and litigation, particularly in the area of transfer pricing and international structuring. Sandra Hazan advises clients in many sectors of activity, such as food and hotels, and has particular expertise in the luxury and cosmetics industry.

Sandra has extensive experience in dealing with complex tax issues related to the digital economy. She is solicited by the OECD in particular for her expertise on the digital economy and the taxation of intangibles.
